MCM Construction invested in careful planning and attention to detail with this boathouse addition. We replaced the existing boathouse with a more historically accurate design to seamlessly match the existing historical house. Some details that were included were; carefully sourced stone to match the existing house, polished concrete counter tops, mini-kitchen, beverage station, hand crafted wood windows and doors and to top it all off, a removable dance floor to fill up the boat slip. We are very proud of this boathouse which some consider the Jewel on Oswego Lake.
